About the role#
This paid internship program offers students a chance to gain hands-on work experience in the hospitality industry. The program runs for 8 to 10 weeks during the summer of 2027. You will work in a specific role while also having the opportunity to shadow various departments of interest to broaden your understanding of hotel operations.
What you'll do#
- Work in one of the following roles: Event Set Up Attendant, Culinary, Restaurant Server, Banquet Server, or Barista.
- Shadow departments including Housekeeping, Front Office, Event Planning, and Restaurants.
- Participate in classes and team building activities designed for interns.
- Gain exposure to the operations of a large-scale private hotel and conference center.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a hospitality program at a college or university.
- Ability to provide your own housing and transportation for the duration of the program.

- Compensation starts at $18 per hour.
