About the role#
Pylon is looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join the team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. You will contribute to our B2B post-sales support platform, focusing on building tools that help customers manage their operations in real-time.
What you'll do#
- Build features that help customer support and success teams improve operational efficiency through AI.
- Develop prototypes, iterate quickly, and ship product features.
- Manage your own projects with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a non-waterfall environment.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and Summer 2027.
- A growth mindset and a desire to receive feedback.
- Experience with our tech stack including React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Relevant internship experience or side projects demonstrating product feature development.
