About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to support tax teams by participating in diverse projects and gaining practical exposure to professional tax practices. Interns will work on a variety of assignments, focusing on tax planning, compliance, and strategy for clients. This role allows you to observe professional work environments while developing your personal brand and building foundational skills in a tax-focused career.

What you'll do#

• Support tax teams with daily tasks and contribute to client projects.
• Conduct research to assist in tax-related assignments, including analyzing tax laws, rules, and regulations.
• Apply firm practices and methodologies to your work.
• Take initiative to ask questions, seek feedback, and produce quality results.
• Engage with various levels of client and firm management.
• Observe and learn from professional work environments to foster personal and professional growth.

What you'll need#

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Commitment to meeting educational requirements and passing the Bar exam before starting full-time employment.
• A Juris Doctorate in Taxation or Accounting is preferred.
• Ability to investigate business and industry trends.
• Familiarity with large, complex data sets and exposure to automation in professional services.
