About the role#

This internship offers the opportunity to join the tax practice during the summer of 2027. You will support tax teams on a variety of assignments, gaining exposure to professional tax planning, compliance, and strategy. This role is designed for individuals pursuing a career in tax who want to develop their professional brand while contributing to client projects.

What you'll do#

• Support tax teams with various tasks and participate in diverse projects.
• Conduct research to assist in tax-related assignments.
• Observe and learn from professional work environments.
• Produce quality work that adds significance to client projects.
• Apply firm practices and methodologies to your daily tasks.
• Take initiative by asking questions and seeking feedback to aid your professional development.

What you'll need#

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• A demonstrated commitment to undertaking and passing the Bar exam.
• Pursuing a career in tax with an interest in areas such as international tax, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, or state and local tax.
• Ability to work full-time during the summer term.
