About the role#

The Summer 2026 Construction Project Engineer Internship at Pullman Services offers hands-on experience through the Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program. This internship focuses on in-field learning and development, providing exposure to various areas of construction project management while working with the Seattle team.

What you'll do#

• Assist with scheduling and production rate tracking.
• Support estimating and budget preparation.
• Participate in project cost control efforts.
• Contribute to safety management and quality control processes.
• Engage in business development, client relations, and field resource management.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor's Degree in progress, with a preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for problem-solving.
• Reliable transportation to travel from the office to various jobsites.

• Location: Seattle, Washington (Tukwila office).
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site; interns will spend approximately 50% of their time at project sites across the greater Seattle area.
• Compensation: Paid position, with an hourly rate between $21.00 and $31.00, dependent on experience.
