About the role#
As an intern on the GenAI and Digital Workplace team, you will help our organization adopt and integrate artificial intelligence tools. You will work on practical projects that improve how our teams use digital resources. This role involves both technical development and research to support our internal AI ecosystem.
What you'll do#
- Design and document AI Playbooks to guide teams on using GenAI tools effectively.
- Build hands-on AI solutions, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and Claude Skills.
- Convert hackathon ideas into a structured and prioritized backlog.
- Support testing, documentation, and troubleshooting for AI prototypes.
- Research new GenAI tools and provide recommendations to the team.
- Track and report on the adoption of AI tools through usage metrics and user feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Must return to studies after the internship or have the internship be part of your academic curriculum.
- Working proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Genuine curiosity about generative AI and large language models.
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants, prompting, or agent-building.
- Comfort with Microsoft 365. Exposure to the Power Platform is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- Right to work in Canada.
