    About the role#

    The Nursing Assistant Student role is an educational opportunity focused on learning fundamental resident care skills. You will work within the facility to gain hands-on experience using established clinical practices.

    What you'll do#

    • Engage in the educational process to develop core nursing assistant competencies.
    • Learn and apply basic resident care techniques.
    • Follow established facility procedures and standards of care.

    What you'll need#

    • Completion of National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
    • Preferred: At least 6 months of experience as a nurse aide, nursing assistant, or private caregiver.
