About the role#
Primary Health Care, Inc (PHC) offers clinical rotations for students interested in community health. You will work in a Federally Qualified Health Center environment where you encounter diverse patient cases and team-based care models. These rotations are on-site in Des Moines, Iowa.
What you'll do#
- Engage in community health clinical rotations.
- Work directly with complex patient cases.
- Participate in team-based care environments.
What you'll need#
- You must be a student in a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Dentist, or Social Work program.
- Your school must have an active affiliation agreement with PHC. Please confirm this with your faculty advisor or program director before applying.
- You must complete all onboarding and compliance requirements prior to your start date.

- Location: Des Moines, IA.
- Term: Rolling.
- This position is paid and full-time.
- Placement depends on preceptor availability. We suggest applying at least 60 days before your desired start date.
