About the role#
Premier Automation offers summer internships across our technical, engineering, manufacturing, and business teams. These roles provide hands-on experience in industrial automation and control solutions. You will work on real projects while learning from experienced professionals in your field. This is a paid, full-time opportunity for the summer of 2027.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree, diploma, or technical education related to your area of interest.
- You have an interest in gaining professional experience.
- You are curious, dependable, and willing to learn.
- You are comfortable asking questions and working with others.
- You can work full-time, daytime hours throughout the summer.
- You can reliably commute to your assigned location and arrange your own housing.
- We are looking for students in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, as well as Business Administration and Operations Management.
Location & details#
- Locations: Monroeville, PA; Murrysville, PA; Alpharetta, GA.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
- Travel: Some technical roles may require local, out-of-state, or overnight travel to customer sites.
- Employment: This is a paid, hourly position. Participants may join the 401(k) plan with employer match and immediate vesting.
- Requirements: You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Offers are conditional on passing a background check and drug screening.
