The Valuation Intern program offers students an introduction to investment banking and advisory services. Interns work alongside project teams on business valuation, ESOP advisory, and corporate finance assignments. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience through mentorship and participation in internal meetings and project discussions.
What you'll do#
- Prepare client deliverables, including valuation reports, presentations, and confidential marketing materials.
- Conduct industry and economic research to support advisory projects.
- Assist with valuation modeling tasks, such as discounted cash flow modeling, comparable company analysis, transaction screening, and LBO modeling.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a major in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Completed coursework in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks within a team environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: 20 – 30 hours per week.
- Compensation: $21 – $23 per hour.
