About the role#
The Portland Pickles, Portland Cherry Bombs FC, and Portland Bangers FC are looking for a Creative Production Intern to join the merchandise department. You will support the team by managing product samples, assisting with photo and video shoots, and coordinating talent. This role offers a behind-the-scenes look at how sports merchandise moves from concept to launch.
What you'll do#
- Pull, track, and organize merchandise samples for photography and campaigns.
- Steam, prep, and style apparel and accessories for the camera.
- Photograph products for the website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Build product pulls based on shot lists and creative direction.
- Assist on photo and video shoots with setup, styling, product changes, and wrap.
- Source and coordinate models and talent including outreach and scheduling.
- Support shoot schedules and production logistics.
- Maintain sample inventory and keep creative materials organized.
- Assist with other production and creative projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Interest in sports, music, fashion, art, or other cultural areas.
- An eye for how products look, fit, and photograph.
- Ability to manage details across several projects.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow through.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
- A preference for hands-on work and a flexible, easy-going attitude.
- Experience with photography, styling, creative production, or talent coordination is a plus.
- Students must be able to receive school credit for this internship.

- Work is on-site to accommodate scheduled shoots and production days.
