About the role#
Sprinturf offers a hands-on internship program providing exposure to real projects and daily operations across accounting, finance, operations, and marketing. Interns collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams on active initiatives at our Daniel Island office.
What you'll do#
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Track project budgets, job costing, and maintain financial documentation.
- Support the estimating team with bid preparation, takeoffs, and project documentation.
- Assist with project scheduling, tracking, and subcontractor or vendor documentation.
- Support contract reviews and compliance processes.
- Manage CRM data, sales tracking, and conduct market or competitor research.
- Assist with proposal development, digital marketing initiatives, and client outreach.
- Help coordinate trade shows and company events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM or accounting software is considered a plus.
