Engineering Intern

About the role#

The Engineering Intern provides industrial and manufacturing support through methods analysis and work measurement time studies. Working under moderate supervision, you will support the company mission and values while gaining hands-on experience in a recreational facilities manufacturing environment.

What you'll do#

• Perform methods analysis and work measurement time studies to support manufacturing operations.
• Interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and various diagrams.
• Write routine reports and documentation regarding project progress and findings.
• Collaborate with team members to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint, to manage tasks and communications.

What you'll need#

• Junior or senior standing in a bachelor’s degree program for Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Management.
• Basic knowledge of Lean principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task under deadline pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional documentation and internal collaboration.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, such as drawings, files, and components.
