About the role#
Pioneers Medical Center offers an internship program for high school and college students interested in gaining experience within a healthcare environment. This is a paid, on-site, part-time position with a rolling term. Interns will rotate through various departments to support daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage administrative tasks including shredding and filing paperwork.
- Support the dietary team with setting up and serving meals to residents.
- Assist with activities and engagement in the Long Term Care department.
- Help the Environmental Services (EVS) team with cleaning duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by department directors.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current high school or college student.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Location: Meeker, Colorado, USA.
- Compensation: $15.16 per hour.
