About the role#
The Law Clerk intern position offers hands-on experience supporting the Americas Legal team at a global public company. You will gain exposure to legal priorities tied to business operations, including commercial contracts, customer and supplier matters, compliance, and corporate governance. This role provides a broad look at legal practice areas and helps you develop professional skills in an in-house environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the review, organization, and drafting of non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts, and related documentation.
- Research discrete legal and regulatory issues relevant to business operations.
- Assist with governance and other corporate matters.
- Develop an awareness of how key functions operate within a complex global organization.
- Collaborate with professionals in Legal, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and other departments.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current law student.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- An eagerness to learn and engage with diverse teams.

- This is a rolling internship opportunity that includes Summer 2027.
