About the role#
We are looking for motivated interns to join our team for the Summer 2027 season. This is a paid, full-time position focused on direct sales and marketing. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship to build your professional communication and business skills. We are happy to coordinate with your school if you need to earn course credit for this internship.
What you'll do#
- Engage directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods.
- Promote our pest control and holiday lighting services.
- Generate new leads for the business.
- Develop sales techniques through mentorship and field training.
What you'll need#
- Current college student or recent graduate status is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A motivated, competitive, and coachable mindset.
- Comfort working face-to-face with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependability and a goal-oriented approach to your work.
- Physical ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation for travel to assigned territories and team meetings.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, apps, and CRM technology.

- This role is based in Collierville, Tennessee.
- The position is on-site and requires outdoor work.
- Majors in Marketing or Business Administration are preferred.
