About the role#
Penske Logistics is hiring for our Corporate Summer Internship Program for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid, on-site opportunity based in the Reading, Pennsylvania area. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, for approximately 12 weeks between May and August.
What you'll do#
You will take on projects and assignments directly related to your field of study. As part of the Cooperative Internship Program, you will also join events focused on professional development, community service, and social networking.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time accredited Bachelor’s or post-Bachelor’s program.
- Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree should be entering their Junior or Senior year.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Completion of some core curriculum coursework is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to work the required schedule and be present at the assigned location.
- Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening.
Location & details#
This role is located at our corporate offices in Green Hills, Pennsylvania, near Reading. The position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, walking, and using hands to handle equipment. Reasonable accommodations are available for those who need them.
