About the role#
This is a six-month internship focused on enterprise implementation. You will work within a live account to support delivery operations, with the potential to convert to an Associate Delivery Manager role based on specific performance criteria. This role requires full-time commitment and is remote for candidates based in India.
What you'll do#
- Track enterprise implementation issues, risks, actions, decisions, and dependencies.
- Issue meeting minutes after client sessions.
- Convert tracked items into engineering tickets and maintain them.
- Draft weekly executive status reports.
- Write test scripts for UAT workstreams.
- Assign cases to client testers and record verdicts.
- Run regression sets for system changes.
- Present delivery status updates.
What you'll need#
- Master's degree completing in 2026 or completed within the last 12 months.
- 1-3 years of full-time work experience prior to the Master's degree.
- Exceptional written English skills.
- Based in India and available to work 08:00 to 18:00 IST.
- Experience in systems integration, SaaS implementation, QA, enterprise technology, or finance operations is preferred.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
