About the role#
The Senior Program Specialist leads enterprise programs focused on attracting, developing, and retaining early talent. You will own the design, execution, and governance of the intern experience in the US, while also managing the Keep Warm Program. This role involves working across teams to ensure that both programs deliver consistent and high-quality experiences at scale.
What you'll do#
- Design and execute US intern enablement programs to provide resources, connections, and development opportunities.
- Establish program standards, governance, and processes to ensure consistency.
- Conduct regular audits of resources, communications, and program experiences to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Manage the Keep Warm Program to maintain relationships with prospective early-career talent between milestones.
- Lead enterprise activations, campaigns, and events that foster connection and belonging.
- Facilitate executive engagement and partner with People Business Partners to resolve intern experience issues.
- Use data, participant feedback, and insights to measure effectiveness and identify trends.
- Identify opportunities to use technology, AI, and automation to improve program efficiency and impact.
What you'll need#
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and improve enterprise-level programs.
- Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Background in managing internship, university recruiting, or early-career talent programs.
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use AI, data, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, or other recruiting technologies.
- Experience designing learning pathways or engagement initiatives is preferred.
