About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the financial services industry. Interns are integrated into an inclusive environment where they contribute to team goals while developing a deeper understanding of the actuarial profession. The program includes product training, mentorship from executives and peers, and exposure to various departments such as modeling, risk management, and pricing.
What you'll do#
- Participate in actuarial projects that contribute to team and company objectives.
- Create data visualization dashboards.
- Conduct Rider Analysis and Cash Flow Analysis.
- Develop tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Engage in interactive learning sessions with key actuaries to explore different functional areas.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one Society of Actuaries exam.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Actuarial Science.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- A clear desire to gain professional experience in the actuarial field.
