Resident Supervisor Intern

About the role#

As a Resident Supervisor Intern at Oriana House, Inc., you will gain direct exposure to community corrections and client services. This role provides the opportunity to observe and work alongside experienced staff while developing skills in documentation, supervision, and policy adherence.

What you'll do#

• Assist with maintaining accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility.
• Support the effective implementation of agency and program policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete required documentation, including whereabouts/counts, shift reports, incident reports, and individual client logs.
• Help supervise clients’ daily routines and scheduled activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program, with a preference for Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

• Location: Tiffin, Ohio.
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Modality: On-site, full-time.
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
• Schedule: Flexible shifts available, to be coordinated with the site supervisor.
• Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
