Resident Supervisor Intern

About the role#

The Resident Supervisor Intern will gain direct exposure to community corrections and client services at Oriana House, Inc. This role provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced staff while developing transferable skills in documentation, supervision, and policy adherence.

What you'll do#

• Assist with maintaining accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility.
• Support the effective implementation of agency and program policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete required documentation, including whereabouts/counts, shift reports, incident reports, and individual client logs.
• Help supervise clients’ daily routines and scheduled activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or Human Services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

• Term: Fall 2026.
• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Flexible shifts available, coordinated with the site supervisor.
• Status: Unpaid, full-time internship. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
