Payroll Intern

About the role#

OPmobility is seeking a Payroll Intern to join the team for the Summer 2026 term. This full-time, on-site internship provides experience in payroll administration and financial data management within the motor vehicle manufacturing industry.

What you'll do#

• Maintain and update payroll records within HRIS systems.
• Assist in reconciling payroll-related accounts and benefits contributions.
• Create, maintain, and analyze Excel reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in payroll audits and data cleanup projects.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on cross-functional tasks.
• Process smaller payrolls as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
