About the role#
As a Logistics Intern at OPmobility, you will support the logistics organization by managing data, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. This role involves balancing daily operational reporting with long-term process optimization to support the broader supply chain team.
What you'll do#
- Develop and manage business metrics and produce regular operational and financial reports.
- Manage system forecasting processes and inventory policies.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, on-time delivery, and cost reduction.
- Perform data mining and ad hoc analysis regarding inventory management, order management, and budgets.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling, document generation, and pickup requests.
- Support logistics teams with data collection and the establishment of performance metrics.
- Document and update standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental management systems, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field (at least Sophomore level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
