About the role#
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support account management activities and interact directly with end-users. You will help users access upskilling resources while providing support across sales, business development, and marketing. This role reports to the Lead Account Executive.
What you'll do#
- Manage and nurture relationships with end-users through account management, support, and troubleshooting.
- Own and improve the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
- Work with professional development providers to fulfill orders.
- Develop processes to drive customer satisfaction and user engagement.
- Provide account management support to stakeholders at customer companies.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to drive product features.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
- Use data and analytics to present business reviews and recommendations.
- Build relationships as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

- Pursuing a 4-year degree from an accredited university.

Location & details#
- This is a remote, unpaid internship.
- The position is full-time with a rolling start date.
