The Marketing Communications Intern will support social media and internal communications efforts, focusing on content creation, publishing, and engagement. This is a hands-on, junior-level role designed for students or recent graduates interested in brand storytelling and digital marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing team to execute daily social media activities, assist with content planning, and contribute to brand awareness. Each intern will own a dedicated project to solve real business challenges, participate in professional development sessions, and conclude the internship with a presentation on their experience.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day social media posting and scheduling across platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Create social media content, including captions, simple graphics, and employee spotlights.
- Maintain and update content calendars, key dates, and marketing documents.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and emerging trends.
- Collect and organize social media metrics to support monthly reporting.
- Support internal communications by updating Intranet content.
- Provide social media support for events, including tradeshows and recruiting initiatives.
- Research new social media trends and platforms to share with the team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Interest in social media, digital marketing, and brand communications.
- Familiarity with major social platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort with learning new tools and taking feedback.
- Familiarity with basic AI tools for writing or content ideation is a plus.
- Ability and interest to continue part-time work beyond the summer internship through the fall semester.

- Term: Summer 2026 (8–10 weeks).
- Modality: Remote (must be located in the US).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
