About the role#
Ohio Mutual Insurance Group offers a summer internship program for university students. This program provides hands-on experience across multiple business functions. You will work on projects that contribute to company success while gaining a broad understanding of how different departments serve our customers. You will be paired with a mentor to support your professional growth throughout the term.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects that address real business challenges.
- Perform tasks related to actuarial processes and reporting.
- Handle operational accounting responsibilities.
- Assist with claims handling, underwriting, and IT functions.
- Engage in networking opportunities with company leaders.
- Participate in professional development activities guided by your mentor.

- Current enrollment in a university.
- Interest in actuarial science, operational accounting, claims handling, underwriting, or IT.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
- Work Modality: On-site and remote options available.
- Status: Full-time, paid position.
