About the role#

This internship program provides an immersive experience within ODW Logistics, focusing on hands-on logistics strategies and leadership development. Interns work under the mentorship of senior leadership, including Executives and Directors, to gain professional insights and contribute to operational improvements at a warehouse facility.

What you'll do#

• Identify, analyze, and implement new operational processes.
• Craft and execute labor standards to improve efficiency.
• Innovate and implement training protocols.
• Participate in projects focused on continuous improvement.
• Perform rigorous reviews of inventory accuracy.
• Undertake diverse projects to minimize errors and wastage while improving performance against key performance indicators.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited 4-year bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Must be a current Junior in academic standing.
• Strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
• Prior exposure to logistics or warehouse environments is preferred.

• Location: Toledo, OH.
• Term: Summer 2026 (June to August).
• Modality: On-site, full-time, Monday to Friday (1st shift hours).
• This is a paid internship.
