This internship provides hands-on experience in talent development, learning technology implementation, and workforce capability planning. You will partner with HR, operations, and leadership teams to document and operationalize key elements of the company's talent ecosystem.
What you'll do#
- Support the rollout and adoption of LinkedIn Learning across the organization.
- Assist with mapping learning content to internal competencies and building learning playlists.
- Track learning engagement metrics and create communication materials for program launches.
- Document career pathways across operations and corporate roles.
- Align role expectations with the company competency framework and organize role profiles.
- Provide administrative and research support for ongoing leadership and development programs.
- Prepare materials for leadership development sessions and onboarding.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- An interest in learning and development or talent management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
