About the role#
O&G Industries, Inc. offers a Summer Experience Program for college students. This program places interns directly into active operations to work on real business objectives. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple divisions while developing professional skills. We look for students who want to build their careers in Connecticut and support local infrastructure.

What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, accounting, business, or occupational health and safety.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new software and technology.
- Enthusiasm for learning.

- Term: Summer 2027.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
