About the role#
Nooter/Eriksen is hiring a Marketing Intern for a 12-week program during the summer of 2027. This full-time role operates on a hybrid schedule. You will work within the Estimating department to support data analysis, campaign management, and event coordination.
What you'll do#
- Build Power BI or Tableau dashboards to track campaign, website, and lead-generation KPIs.
- Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and summarize customer and campaign data.
- Audit, clean, and segment CRM data to improve data quality.
- Assist in building and testing email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journey automations.
- Prepare recurring reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and lead conversion metrics.
- Coordinate and plan marketing events and the company golf tournament.
- Draft internal and external emails for Aftermarket campaigns.
- Prepare swag bags for events, customer meetings, and golf outings.
- Draft social media posts for holidays and events.
- Interview interns and employees for internal and LinkedIn highlights.
What you'll need#
- Completion of three years of study toward a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in videography, social media posting, and content creation.
- Ability to listen, take direction, and work both independently and with a team.
- Proactive mindset and solid communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
