    About the role#

    As a Business Operations Analyst Coop, you will support business process optimization, automation initiatives, and operational analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions. Beyond traditional analysis, you will have the opportunity to explore and build AI-driven solutions and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.

    What you'll do#

    • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.
    • Support operational improvement initiatives across business processes and workflows.
    • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions.
    • Participate in process mapping, documentation, and standardization activities.
    • Define and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics.
    • Support the design and implementation of workflow automations and digital solutions.
    • Contribute to the development and testing of AI agents and AI-assisted operational tools.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data.
    • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with operations, process owners, and technical teams to communicate findings and project updates.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Fluent English communication skills.
    • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools quickly.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in teams.
    • Interest in business operations, process improvement, and digital transformation.
    • Nice to have: Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, low-code platforms, or visualization tools like Power BI or Excel.
    • Nice to have: Interest in AI technologies or experience with university projects related to analytics or automation.

    • Term: Fall 2026 (September - December 2026)
