About the role#
This internship supports the Learning Management and Support Services (LMSS) contract for our Intelligence Community client. You will join the Course Assessments and Data Analytics and Visualization teams to identify, develop, and implement data science strategies. You will gain experience in client consultation, dashboard development, and project management while working on initiatives that directly support the workforce.
What you'll do#
- Implement data strategies using your data science skills.
- Design, implement, and evaluate end-of-course and learning transfer assessments.
- Identify user needs and perform data analysis to provide customer insights.
- Support workforce training projects and report findings to help clients make decisions.
- Learn how cross-functional teams work together to achieve project goals.
What you'll need#
- U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate STEM degree program with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Proficiency in coding and data visualization tools like Python, R, JavaScript, or Tableau.
- Experience with database management tools such as SQL and Access.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as a self-starter in a team-based environment.
- Familiarity with large datasets, Agile workflows, and AI models (including LLMs, agent-based systems, and RAG) is preferred.
- Experience with human-centered design, consulting, and public speaking is a plus.
