About the role#
The Niron Magnetics Internship Program offers students hands-on experience and mentorship from professionals. You will work on projects across various technical and operational functions. We determine final intern placement based on business needs, your qualifications, and your specific areas of interest.
What you'll do#
Depending on your assigned team, your work may include:
- Supporting active projects and business initiatives
- Analyzing data and presenting your findings
- Assisting with process improvements and problem-solving efforts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Participating in professional development and networking opportunities
- Presenting project outcomes and recommendations to company leadership
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Associate’s degree program at an accredited institution
- An expected graduation date between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative environment
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering, technology, materials science, or research
- Prior internship, research, leadership, or project experience
- Strong academic performance
- Demonstrated initiative through student organizations, employment, or extracurricular involvement
