About the role#
This is an 8-month paid co-op position within the Client Services team, designed for students in their 3rd or 4th year of study. You will support the team in delivering high-level service to high-net-worth clients while gaining professional experience in the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Ensure client accounts remain compliant by completing all required regulatory documentation.
- Provide administrative support and deliver personalized service to clients.
- Execute client requests for non-financial account changes.
- Liaise with custodians and insurance carriers to process requests and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Maintain accurate client data and perform regular integrity checks for quality control.
- Provide backup support to team members as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 3rd or 4th-year degree or diploma program in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-accuracy work.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

- Modality: Hybrid, requiring 4 days per week in the office.
