This co-op position within the GSM Systems team focuses on supporting digitalization initiatives, including application testing, report generation, and user training. You will work directly with end users, such as buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers, to address support issues and reporting needs. This role is designed to bridge the gap between classroom education and hands-on experience in a technical environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist the supervisor and team with administrative tasks.
- Provide direct support to end users to resolve application requests.
- Create and maintain application documentation.
- Develop and compile monthly reports using Excel, PowerBI, and other software applications.
- Participate in application unit testing and quality assurance testing.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year university local to Auburn Hills.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, with a preference for Supply Chain Management.
- Maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Status as a full-time student (minimum 12 credits) during the Fall and Winter semesters.
- Ability to work legally in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

- Location: On-site in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
- Terms: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027.
- Availability: Ability to work 20-32 hours per week during the Fall and Winter semesters.
