Creative Production Intern

About the role#

As a Creative Production Intern, you will support the production team in bringing creative concepts to life, from pre-production planning to on-set execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in paid social campaigns, creator shoots, and podcast-style productions. You will work alongside Creative Strategists and the Creative Producer to ensure shoots run efficiently and creative briefs are executed effectively.

What you'll do#

• Assist with coordinating shoot logistics, scheduling, locations, and production prep.
• Support on-set production for UGC, podcast, lifestyle, and social content shoots.
• Help set up and organize camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and the Creative Producer to execute creative briefs.
• Assist with creator and talent management during shoots.
• Source props, wardrobe, and production materials as needed.
• Organize footage, assets, and files post-shoot.
• Maintain equipment organization and studio upkeep.

What you'll need#

• Strong interest in content production, filmmaking, social media, or creative marketing.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on set.
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, or editing tools.
• Pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Communications, or Marketing.
