About the role#
As a Creative Production Intern at NewForm, you will support the production team in bringing creative concepts to life, from pre-production planning to on-set execution. You will help ensure shoots run smoothly, content is captured efficiently, talent feels welcomed, and productions stay organized. This role offers hands-on experience in paid social campaigns, creator shoots, and podcast-style productions.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and production preparation.
- Support on-set production for UGC, podcast, lifestyle, and social content shoots.
- Set up and organize camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Work alongside Creative Strategists and the Creative Producer to execute creative briefs.
- Assist with creator and talent management during shoots.
- Source props, wardrobe, and production materials as needed.
- Organize footage, assets, and files post-shoot.
- Maintain production operations, equipment organization, and studio upkeep.
What you'll need#
- Strong interest in content production, filmmaking, social media, or creative marketing.
- Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and manage multiple moving pieces.
- Comfort working in a collaborative environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn on set.
- Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, or editing tools.
- Pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Communications, or Marketing.
