About the role#
The Audit Intern supports finance, accounting, and purchasing analysis within NEORSD systems. You will gain exposure to Internal Audit projects while working alongside the team to develop workflows and report results.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data and reports using Microsoft tools.
- Develop work plans and workflows for audit projects.
- Integrate with software used by the Internal Audit department.
- Assist with departmental reporting and audit processes.
- Participate in professional development workshops, networking sessions, and industry activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or graduation within the past 24 months from an associate, bachelor, master, or doctoral program.
- A degree or progress toward a degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
- Availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week during business hours.
- Commitment to a 12-month fixed-term assignment.
- A valid driver's license that meets District guidelines.
