Student Placement: Inpatient Pharmacy

About the role#

This student placement provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting. This is an unpaid clinical experience designed to supplement the requirements of an academic program. Applications are reviewed based on department and preceptor availability, as well as existing affiliation agreements with your academic institution.

What you'll do#

• Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations.
• Gain hands-on experience in an inpatient clinical environment.
• Learn about medication management and patient care protocols.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an academic program focused on Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Availability to fulfill required clinical placement hours.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision within a clinical environment.
