About the role#
The Encompass Program for Social Work offers a clinical placement opportunity for students in Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, and Sociology. This is an unpaid clinical experience designed to supplement the requirements of an academic program.
What you'll do#
- Provide clinical support as part of an academic program.
- Engage in required training and supervision for clinical practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver social work services.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an academic program related to the specified majors.
- Confirmation of affiliation agreements between your institution and Nebraska Medicine.
- Availability of a department or preceptor to host the placement.
