About the role#
We are looking for a Growth Engineer Intern to lead how we bring our autonomous company releases, research, and studio products to market. You will work directly with our founders, engineers, and researchers to turn technical work into products that developers and AI teams use. This role requires you to handle positioning, launch execution, data analysis, and content creation.
What you'll do#
- Manage growth for Naive Studio, benchmarks, and autonomous company releases.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new products.
- Execute product launches across social media, developer communities, and partnerships.
- Build technical content, demos, case studies, and ad campaigns.
- Track the full funnel and run rapid growth experiments.
- Collaborate with the product team to improve onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.
What you'll need#
- Experience growing technical or AI products.
- A track record of launching products from zero to one.
- Knowledge of developers, AI agents, and modern software products.
- Ability to write clear copy and create strong product narratives.
- Analytical skills and comfort owning growth metrics.
- Ability to execute independently without a large team or agency.
- A background as a founder, builder, or someone who works closely with engineers.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Mountain View, California, or remote within the United States.
- The internship is full-time and follows a rolling schedule.
- Compensation is $6,000 to $10,000 per month.
- Applicants must be a US citizen or hold a valid US visa.
