About the role#
N & M Transfer Co., Inc. offers a co-op position for students currently enrolled in the Fox Valley Technical College Diesel Technician program. This role is based at our shop in Neenah, Wisconsin. You will work approximately 25 hours per week with a schedule that adjusts to fit your classes. This position may lead to full-time employment after you finish your program.
What you'll do#
- Perform preventative maintenance on company-owned power units.
- Complete general repairs on the fleet.
- Help maintain the safe operation of nearly three hundred power units.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the FVTC Diesel Technician Program.
- Minimum age of 18.
- A satisfactory work record.

- Location: Neenah, Wisconsin.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
- Benefits include tuition reimbursement, annual tool and boot allowances, furnished uniforms, and access to a free onsite health clinic. You will have holidays and weekends off.
