About the role#
Mohawk Global is looking for a student to join our Atlanta office as a Supply Chain Operations Intern. You will work within our logistics and freight forwarding team to support daily operations and gain hands-on experience in the industry. This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Support import operations by opening shipment files and auditing documentation.
- Match freight loads with carrier options and track active shipments.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and industry research.
- Communicate with carriers and agents to build partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing and prepare client quotes.
- Participate in meetings to observe company processes and contribute to team goals.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a rising undergraduate student in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience negotiating with service providers and solving problems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Compensation: $17 - $19 per hour.
