About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at our Group Benefits sales operations. You will build your business acumen and sales skills while working within a professional environment. The program includes a custom curriculum, networking opportunities, and the chance to interview for a full-time sales trainee position after completion.
What you'll do#
- Complete weekly curriculum training.
- Collaborate with other interns on a Capstone Project.
- Participate in customer meetings and learn how technology supports our salesforce.
- Present your Capstone project to peers, managers, and senior leadership.
- Support the sales organization with assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program, preferably as a rising senior.
- Majors in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Finance.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- High school diploma.
