About the role#
MDR Specialty Pharmacy is hiring an Intern Pharmacist to join our team in Encino. You will work in an open and closed-door pharmacy setting while learning from our licensed pharmacists. This is a part-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Work under the direction of licensed pharmacists.
- Provide empathetic and compassionate service to patients.
- Contribute to a friendly and inclusive work environment.
- Prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited pharmacy school.
- A valid state board of pharmacy intern pharmacist license.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9:50am to 2:00pm.
- Preference is given to 3rd or 4th year pharmacy students.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Ability to work well within a team.
