About the role#
The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) Internship is a 10-week summer experience. It is designed to develop future finance leaders through project work, executive exposure, and enterprise-wide learning. You will partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze business challenges and support strategic initiatives. This role provides exposure to financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, strategy, forecasting, pricing, and business analytics.
What you'll do#
- Analyze financial performance, business trends, and strategic opportunities across the organization.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and financial performance metrics.
- Research healthcare and pharmacy industry trends to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an expected graduation date after Summer 2027.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Prior professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, banking, corporate strategy, business analytics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week on-site.
- Status: Full-time and paid internship.
