About the role#
The Elmore Co-op Program offers students the chance to work with departments including Health & Safety, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Operations, Environmental, and Security. This is a full-time, paid position based in Elmore, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Analyze processing defect data and participate on teams to improve process efficiency.
- Complete independent projects to advance Quality initiatives, including data analysis to determine process capability and identify trends.
- Review and audit technical documents in an Aerospace Quality Management System.
- Identify hazards and solve problems, including the evaluation and design of engineering controls.
- Design, collect, and interpret industrial hygiene field measurements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Engineering program, specifically Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum sophomore status.
- Minimum 2.7 GPA.
- Export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology.

- This role is located on-site in Elmore, Ohio.
- The program requires a minimum of 640 work hours, typically completed as 40 hours per week for 16 weeks.
