About the role#
The Event Intern in New York supports the events team with hands-on tasks and projects. This role provides experience in event production, logistics, and organizational management, requiring a candidate who is detail-oriented and motivated to learn.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day organizational tasks and the coordination of event production materials.
- Support creative activations and complete post-event reporting.
- Help with venue scouting, walkthroughs, and staffing for in-person events.
- Manage long-term and short-term research projects.
- Provide support to other departments within the organization as needed.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in event planning.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Logistics are preferred.

- This is an on-site position based in New York City, New York.
- The internship is paid and operates on a rolling basis.
