About the role#

The Branch Operations Summer Internship at Mariner Finance offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry. This full-time, paid position focuses on supporting branch operations and delivering high-quality customer service.

What you'll do#

• Greet customers promptly and assist with their inquiries.
• Connect customers with the appropriate staff members to address their specific needs.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide accurate information.
• Manage the documentation process for loan closings, including filing and record-keeping.
• Maintain and update customer information within electronic data systems.
• Provide support regarding the status of current customer accounts.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail when handling paperwork and data.
