Branch Operations Intern

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid Branch Operations Internship for Summer 2026. You will work on-site at our San Antonio, Texas branch, supporting daily operations and customer service initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Greet customers promptly and assist them with their needs.
• Direct customers to the appropriate staff member to resolve inquiries.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide necessary information.
• Enter correspondence details into the internal system.
• Provide service to customers regarding the status of their current accounts.
• Complete and file paperwork related to the loan closing process.
• Ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date within the electronic system.
• Perform additional operational functions as required by market demand and staffing needs.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational skills for handling documentation and data entry.
